This is my third output experimenting with combining kerfing with steam bending. This time I used 0.8mm thick birch plywood, and changed the cutting pattern building on the successful aspects of the first 2 attempts.
I’m already thinking about
In this trial I wanted to build on the way the light shines through the plywood. You can clearly see the grain running in both directions. This is 0.8mm Birch tri-ply.
